I work in sales, and communicating with customers is certainly challenging, but at STSS, my interest in the product we sell makes up for all the difficulties. We always have something to strive for, and there is no salary cap.

I have been working at this company for almost a year, and I like everything. At first, I worked on automation in 1C, e-commerce development, and other projects (but recently I was offered a transfer to a new position)

The company is probably really good, but I was unable to work there—or, more precisely, even to get started. When I first arrived for training, I was given product catalogs, and I spent almost a week reading through them from cover to cover. After that, I had to work independently in the software. There was a huge amount of information, and I was unable to memorize everything...
It would be good to have a dedicated supervisor or mentor. Perhaps this would help new employees learn more effectively.
The work is interesting and varied. All business trips, internships, training, and additional courses are fully paid for! Some employees receive compensation for mobile phone expenses or fuel.
Employees’ suggestions are taken into consideration and are sometimes even implemented, which is pleasant and important. The company operates at a very active pace! There are opportunities for career growth: all it takes is some effort, and a promotion will not be long in coming.
