The work is not particularly difficult, and it is easy to fit into the team. Salaries are always paid on time!
As far as I know, all employees receive a fixed salary. At some locations, it may be 1,500 per day, while at others, the fixed salary ranges from 1,800 to 2,500 per day.
During the working day, you can take a smoke break, go to the restroom, or have a cup of coffee without anyone pressuring you.
There is also a good bonus system: you earn additional income for every accessory you sell, and you may receive a bonus for meeting your target.

I have been working at this company for more than six months, and I really enjoy it. We have a wonderful office with two cafeterias where employees can buy or heat up food. There is also a break room, although it can sometimes be rather cool inside. Nevertheless, it is a great place to switch off from work for a while. I earn a fairly high salary for our city, and I am very happy to work in such a comfortable environment. Of course, there are sometimes difficult tasks and clients, but once you receive your salary, all your worries fade into the background. Another major advantage for me is the company health insurance, which allows me to visit conveniently located clinics free of charge.
