I have been working at Open Technologies for several years and, overall, I am satisfied with my experience here. The team is very friendly, and cooperation between departments is at a very high level. The company also offers various opportunities for professional growth, including training and internal seminars. The salary and working conditions are quite competitive.
An excellent team. Every team member is ready to help and support others, and no one will refuse to assist. The company employs reasonable, friendly, and responsive people who are always willing to listen and meet you halfway. Salaries are paid officially and entirely above board, while employees may take up to two days of sick leave without providing a medical certificate. If an employee is on maternity leave, benefits are paid at the maximum rate. Medical insurance is also provided, and its cost depends on how long the employee has worked for the company: those who have worked for more than three years are fully exempt from paying for it, as the company covers the cost. When necessary for work, employees are provided with corporate mobile numbers paid for by the company. Remote work from home is also available, with access to email and other necessary services. Senior management—the CEO, president, and deputy CEO—is always accessible and open to communication.

The company values employee initiative and encourages professional development. The team is very friendly and supportive, creating a pleasant working atmosphere. A wonderful team with a friendly atmosphere. Everyone can approach management here, regardless of their position. The office is conveniently located near the metro, which is very convenient. I was especially pleased with my work in the marketing department, where all employees are friendly and open with one another. I would also like to highlight the excellent health insurance we receive.
I have worked for several organizations, but I have never encountered such a high level of corporate culture anywhere else. Apparently, this is a fundamental principle of the company’s management. The HR department also seems to pay particular attention to hiring only reasonable people—I do not know what methods they use, but the number of unprofessional or socially difficult employees is extremely low. If someone like that does join the team, they are given an opportunity to improve; if the issue remains unresolved, they are dismissed fairly quickly.
The HR department organizes or helps employees arrange various corporate events, including New Year celebrations, the company’s anniversary, Defender of the Fatherland Day, and International Women’s Day. Funds are allocated for decorations and festive meals.
Various employee contests and competitions are also held throughout the year.
