I work in the development department, and we do not have permanent teams. Teams are reorganized for each project, which can sometimes be inconvenient, especially when you have only just established good communication with your colleagues and are suddenly reassigned to a new project. I previously worked at another company as part of the same project team, and we achieved significantly greater efficiency there.
Despite this, our company does develop interesting products. However, the teams working on them are usually small. Most of the work involves large, unappealing projects for major state-owned companies, along with all the drawbacks that inevitably come with such projects.
If you plan to stay with one company for a long time, this may become a significant disadvantage. A sense of monotony and lack of variety gradually builds up, and even the money and employee benefits may not make up for it.

While looking for a job, I decided to interview at KROK. I was surprised that I only had to meet with an HR manager, since preliminary interviews with HR are usually conducted by phone. Still, that was fine. The interview was conducted by a young woman who asked me many questions, ranging from professional to personal. Unfortunately, there must have been something wrong with my answers, as they never called me back 🙁
I liked that the company provides free lunches, which is an unusual benefit and a welcome addition to the standard gym facilities, health insurance, and training programs. I really wanted to work there.
