I was asked what is so great about our company. For example, we recently entered into a partnership with a Russian developer of server software. This is especially important given the beginning of the era of large-scale import substitution. This partnership is truly beneficial and gives us confidence that we will always have work and stability.
The employer is reasonable and responsible. The company is Russian, and despite various sanctions, it continues to operate steadily. The workload may have increased, but this is more of an advantage, as it is reflected in salaries, which have also increased.
Having worked here for more than a year, I gained invaluable experience and learned a great deal. I am sincerely grateful for this experience, as it helped me become more ambitious and achieve personal growth. Even after moving to another industry, I continued to keep in touch with my former colleagues. Without a doubt, there were no downsides for me personally. If you do not like monotony at work, this job is perfect for you. The team I worked with was highly dynamic and always ready to listen to every employee’s opinion. There were also constant innovations aimed at self-development and training. None of my colleagues had the opportunity to simply sit around doing nothing—everyone was actively involved in work processes and strove to achieve the best results.
I recently had an interview for a call center operator position and would like to share my impressions. Among the positive aspects, it is worth noting that the company offers a competitive salary and gives applicants an opportunity to join even without experience in this field. It is also important that, at the initial stage, the applicant’s personal qualities are assessed, rather than just their work experience. And, of course, the company where the interview is held is well known, which also inspires trust and interest in the opportunities it may offer.
