You can also always consult with colleagues about the best approach to solving a task or hold a seminar or lecture for junior employees. The organization of work processes can also be suggested and improved. The only challenge is the need to balance training—including English or programming in Dynamo and Python—with completing work tasks.
The company participates in interesting, large-scale projects involving complex technological aspects. You can also count on support from the HR team, who care about every employee. New hires attend a dedicated onboarding seminar to help them quickly settle into the working routine.

I would like to leave a positive review of this company. I had a good experience working here: salaries were always paid on time, bonuses were provided, and there were opportunities to apply and develop my knowledge. After working here for a year and a half, I have no regrets about my choice. The only reason I left was due to personal circumstances, which additionally complicated my situation. Overall, this is a genuinely good company where I gained valuable experience, and I would like to express my gratitude.

The lack of a formal onboarding process for new employees creates many difficulties. All information is gathered individually and passed on by word of mouth. Although the portal contains a couple of hundred-page documents, they are intended exclusively for designers. I could not find any information for my department and spent almost two months in a state of complete confusion. At my previous job, I had to create the knowledge base myself and encourage my colleagues to share information. As a result, onboarding a new employee took about a month without causing significant disruption to other employees.
