Six months ago, I joined GEOSCAN. Before that, I worked in government organizations, and compared with Soviet-style standards, GEOSCAN stands out in a positive way. Here, I found a young and energetic team. Many people here genuinely strive for improvement, and management tries to support them in this. Salaries are always paid on time and without delays. In addition, we are provided with various training programs and medical insurance, which is very valuable. The company offers opportunities for career growth, especially if you show initiative. Special protective clothing is also provided for working under certain conditions.
I would also like to highlight the friendly atmosphere within the team. If we set aside the notion that someone is discriminating against us, working here is genuinely comfortable. Even the HR department shows interest and, after some time, regularly checks whether everyone is happy working at the company. Overall, I am very satisfied with my experience at GEOSCAN and glad to have joined such a dynamic and supportive team.
