We have a great team at the company, and the employees are always ready to help and support you during the onboarding process. If you are just starting your career, I would definitely recommend this job as an excellent way to gain your first experience. However, there did not seem to be many opportunities for long-term professional development and career growth here.
If you work hard, you can earn a high salary and achieve career growth! At Svyaznoy, you can become a store manager after just one year of work! I checked the average salaries of store managers and was pleasantly surprised to find that the pay here is much higher.
At Svyaznoy, salaries are paid without delays, and most of the salary is official. The company has a young and energetic team where there is always an opportunity (and a desire!) to develop and move up the career ladder. There is no income ceiling here, and, as they say, employees’ compensation is directly proportional to their efforts and results. In other words, the more productively and efficiently an employee works, the higher their income. I like it here)
Svyaznoy provides many opportunities for career growth and development—the main thing is to actually work rather than just sit around!
Svyaznoy was my first work experience. Of course, I remember it as the first money I earned on my own) We had a great team, and the work was interesting. However, the management leaves much to be desired—they treat employees rather indifferently, which is a shame.
